Jobot is seeking a Personal Injury/Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to join our tech-forward, people-centric team within the professional, scientific, and technical services space. In this role, you will manage a personal injury and civil litigation caseload from intake through resolution, including investigation, discovery, motion practice, negotiation, and trial preparation. You’ll collaborate with a high-performing, supportive team, leverage modern tools, and have direct impact on client outcomes. Manage a personal injury and civil litigation caseload from intake through resolution Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses Develop case strategy in collaboration with senior attorneys and stakeholders Take and defend depositions, and prepare clients and witnesses Handle court appearances, hearings, and mediation conferences Evaluate liability and damages to support negotiation and settlement Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, carriers, and experts Coordinate with internal teams to track deadlines and case milestones Prepare cases for trial, including exhibit and witness preparation Maintain accurate, timely documentation and case management records Personal injury litigation Civil litigation Legal research and writing Case strategy development Client counseling Deposition preparation and defense Discovery management Motion practice Trial preparation Negotiation and settlement Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Active, good-standing license to practice law in relevant state jurisdiction Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Prior experience in personal injury or civil litigation at a law firm5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
