Jobot is seeking a Construction Litigation Attorney to join our professional, scientific & technical services practice. In this role, you will manage complex construction-related disputes, including defect, delay, payment, and contract claims, from case intake through resolution. You will draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement documents; conduct depositions; work closely with construction and financial experts; and appear in court, mediation, and arbitration. Operating in a collaborative, tech-forward culture, you’ll leverage modern tools, clear communication, and strong client relationships to drive strategic, efficient outcomes while contributing to a high-performance, people-centric team. Manage a docket of construction litigation matters from intake through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements Conduct and defend depositions; work with construction and damages experts Appear in court, arbitrations, and mediations as first or second chair Analyze contracts, change orders, and project documentation for claims Advise clients on risk, strategy, and case valuation Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution Collaborate with internal teams using modern legal and workflow technology Construction litigation Civil procedure Legal research and writing Contract drafting and review Discovery management Deposition practice Courtroom advocacy/motion practice Case strategy and risk assessment Client counseling and negotiation Use of legal case management software Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active JD from accredited law school Member in good standing of a U.S. state bar (construction-heavy jurisdiction preferred) Trial or arbitration experience in construction or commercial litigation preferred CLC or similar construction law focus a plus5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
