Jobot is seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to support our Professional, Scientific & Technical Services clients with complex civil litigation matters. In this role, you will manage cases from intake through resolution, including research, drafting pleadings and motions, overseeing discovery, taking and defending depositions, and appearing in court. You will collaborate closely with our tech-forward, people-centric teams, advising clients on risk, strategy, and settlement options while leveraging modern legal tools in a flexible, high-performance environment. Manage civil litigation matters from intake through resolution for Jobot clients. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs. Lead and manage written and oral discovery, including depositions. Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and trials as needed. Develop case strategy in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders. Advise and communicate with clients on case status, risk, and strategy. Negotiate settlements and participate in mediations and arbitrations. Collaborate with internal recruiting and client teams to scope legal needs. Ensure compliance with court rules, deadlines, and ethical obligations. Utilize legal technology tools and case management software to track matters.
