Join Encompass Health as a Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist and shape the future of patient care. In this onsite role, you will deliver interdisciplinary inpatient rehabilitation services to patients recovering from major illnesses and injuries. You’ll assess functional needs, develop individualized treatment plans, coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and nurses, and guide patients and families through recovery and discharge planning.
