Conduct on-site vehicle condition inspections for dealer clients across an assigned territory. Document vehicle identity, mileage, options, damage, and mechanical condition; enter findings accurately, build dealer relationships, manage territory activity, and follow safety and inspection standards. Inspect vehicles at dealer locations according to Manheim standards and document interior, exterior, and mechanical condition. Safely locate, start, move, inspect, and return vehicles on client lots. Verify vehicle identification, VIN, mileage, sub-series, and options, and enter information accurately in systems. Identify and document damage, missing components, and inoperable features, including frame or structural damage. Build dealer relationships, explain mobile inspection services, and encourage participation and inspection volume. Submit daily activity and production reports, use Salesforce for tracking, and follow safety and compliance procedures.
