Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Officer for morning patrol at client facilities in the Administrative & Support & Waste Management industry. In this role, you will conduct scheduled vehicle and foot patrols, monitor access points, and provide a visible, professional security presence. You will respond to alarms and incidents, complete detailed reports, and enforce site policies while delivering strong customer service to clients, visitors, and staff. Supported by Allied Universal’s structured training, you’ll follow clear post orders, maintain firearm and security certifications, and help create a safe, orderly environment each shift. Conduct morning armed patrols of assigned facilities and grounds Monitor access points, verify identification, and enforce site security procedures Respond quickly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies with sound judgment Complete clear, accurate incident and daily activity reports Conduct perimeter and interior inspections to identify safety or security risks Work closely with clients, visitors, and staff while providing professional customer service Follow all Allied Universal and client post orders, policies, and procedures Operate security technology such as CCTV and access control systems Support incident prevention through visible presence and vigilance Participate in required training, drills, and certification renewals Armed security operations Patrol techniques Access control and visitor management Incident response and de-escalation CCTV and security systems monitoring Report writing and documentation Radio and incident communication Emergency procedures and evacuation Observation and situational awareness Customer service in security settings Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state armed security guard license or ability to obtain Completion of firearm training meeting state requirements Clean background check and ability to pass drug screening Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record (if vehicle patrol) CPR/First Aid/AED certification preferred Strong report writing and observation skills Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods Knowledge of security and emergency response procedures Customer service skills in a security environment Willingness to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
