Support individuals recovering from traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries as they rebuild strength and independence. Assist with daily living, mobility, therapeutic activities, adaptive equipment, and therapy goals while collaborating with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to provide a safe, supportive environment. Assist physical, occupational, and speech therapists with treatment sessions and skills practice. Support mobility, walking, therapeutic exercises, and functional activities. Reinforce therapy goals through cognitive activities, therapy homework, and transitional programming. Facilitate therapy groups and assist patients with adaptive equipment. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to support patient outcomes. Promote independence and maintain a safe, structured, supportive environment.
