TD Synnex seeks a Digital Pathology Field Service Engineer to install, configure, and maintain digital pathology systems at customer sites. You’ll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on imaging hardware, scanners, and supporting IT infrastructure, ensuring high uptime and reliable performance. Collaborating closely with labs, clinicians, and IT teams, you’ll troubleshoot issues, implement upgrades, document service activities, and train end users. In TD Synnex’s innovative, collaborative culture, you’ll support impactful healthcare technology deployments while growing your technical and customer-facing skills. Install, configure, and commission digital pathology scanners and supporting IT systems at client sites Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on imaging hardware and related infrastructure Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues affecting pathology workflows Coordinate with internal engineering, product, and support teams to resolve complex technical problems Train laboratory staff, clinicians, and IT users on system operation, workflows, and best practices Document service activities, maintenance logs, and incident reports in ticketing systems Implement firmware, software, and security updates in line with company and client standards Ensure compliance with healthcare, safety, and data security regulations during field work Support pre- and post-installation site assessments, including network and environmental readiness Contribute field feedback to drive product improvements and enhance customer satisfaction Digital pathology systems support Field service and on-site troubleshooting Electro-mechanical repair Networking (TCP/IP, VPN, routers, switches) Windows and Linux administration Medical imaging workflows (DICOM, HL7) Remote diagnostics and monitoring tools Technical documentation and reporting Customer training and presentations Ticketing/CRM systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce) Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Bachelor’s degree in engineering, biomedical engineering, computer science, or related field Vendor certifications on digital pathology or imaging systems (preferred) ITIL or CompTIA A/Network (preferred) Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
