Track project milestones, manage service requests, support field teams, communicate with clients and subcontractors, and report on project status and resource utilization. Schedule and dispatch onsite IT technicians across multiple client sites. Assign work orders based on technician skills, location, and project priority. Monitor ServiceNow requests and adjust schedules for escalations, cancellations, and emergency dispatches. Track project milestones, deadlines, deliverables, and equipment needs. Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams during active projects. Maintain utilization and SLA dashboards and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
