Provide full-spectrum family medicine, including obstetric care, at OHSU’s Forest Grove clinic. The physician will see patients across the lifespan, collaborate with faculty, maintain timely electronic health records, participate in teaching and scholarship, and share expanded-hours and call coverage. The role includes clinical and administrative duties. Provide full-spectrum family medicine care, including obstetric care, for patients across the lifespan. Maintain an active clinical practice and collaborate with full- and part-time faculty. Document patient care accurately and promptly in the electronic health record. Teach and precept residents and students and participate in didactic activities. Participate in continuing education, faculty development, and scholarship. Share expanded-hours patient care, including evening and weekend hours, and call coverage.
