Lead a special education program serving students in grades 6–8. Oversee instructional quality, staff development and performance, site operations, student enrollment, safety, compliance, budgets, and relationships with school districts and the community. Lead instruction and drive student achievement through effective teaching practices. Supervise, recruit, onboard, train, and evaluate staff; address performance and development needs. Oversee daily site operations, schedules, facilities, safety, staffing ratios, and crisis readiness. Manage administrative and budgetary processes and allocate resources to support instruction. Coordinate student enrollment, placement, rosters, and transition planning. Maintain school district and community relationships and participate in compliance, accreditation, and quality assurance processes.
