As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our expansive route network and commitment to operational excellence. Perform routine maintenance and repairs of all airport and airline facilities, including mechanical systems, HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing. Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues or needed repairs to ensure functional operability and safety compliance. Collaborate with the operations team to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks while minimizing disruption to airport operations. Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required and provide rapid and effective solutions. Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed and materials used. Follow safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for self and colleagues. Proficiency in handling various maintenance equipment and tools Strong knowledge of building systems including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure Effective communication and collaboration skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing is highly desirable.
