Lead global quality assurance, product integrity, and regulatory compliance across apparel and other product lines. Develop QA systems, inspection and factory certification programs, guide supplier improvement, oversee product safety and compliance audits, and lead QA professionals and fulfillment audit teams. Develop quality assurance and compliance strategies aligned with company and customer expectations. Lead QA systems, inspection protocols, factory evaluations, and supplier certification programs. Monitor manufacturing standards and drive continuous improvement to reduce defects and improve processes. Partner with product development, technical design, sourcing, logistics, labs, and suppliers on testing and product quality. Oversee regulatory compliance, product safety, social compliance, human rights, and environmental audit programs. Lead QA professionals and fulfillment audit teams; analyze performance data and manage corrective actions and chargebacks.
