Perform hands-on repairs and preventive maintenance across multiple buildings in a portfolio. Diagnose and resolve plumbing, light electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting and grounds issues, prioritize service requests, operate equipment safely, and coordinate work with facilities partners. The role involves traveling between sites and participating in an on-call rotation. Travel between buildings to assess and resolve facility issues on site. Use the ticketing system to plan and prioritize work and respond to requests within 24 hours. Repair plumbing fixtures, faucets and leaks, and perform light electrical repairs. Troubleshoot, service and maintain HVAC systems; perform carpentry, painting and preventive maintenance. Safely operate lifts, forklifts, skid steers and snowplows as required. Coordinate and direct the day-to-day work of CBRE and other facilities partners.
