Maintain and repair airport building systems and equipment, including electrical circuits, HVAC, plumbing, fire systems, conveyors and mechanical controls. Work across indoor and outdoor airport areas, including elevated locations, and support facilities operations in varied weather conditions. Troubleshoot, install and repair low- and high-voltage building electrical equipment and circuits. Read wiring schematics and perform industrial wiring work independently. Maintain and repair building systems such as air handling units, plumbing, steam fitting and fire systems. Maintain mechanical equipment, including conveyors and PLC-based controls. Perform facilities repairs indoors, outdoors and in elevated airport areas, in varied weather conditions. Use computer systems to enter and retrieve maintenance data.
