The Job Center is seeking a PITO to support staffing operations in the Administrative & Support and Waste Management sector. In this fast-paced, service-driven role, you’ll help match candidates with light industrial and administrative jobs, assist with screening and onboarding, and maintain accurate records. You’ll work closely with clients and job seekers, support scheduling and timekeeping, and contribute to team placement goals. This position offers exposure to staffing, recruiting, and HR operations while helping people connect with meaningful work opportunities. Coordinate placement of candidates into light industrial and administrative roles for client companies Screen applications, conduct basic interviews, and match candidates to job requirements Maintain accurate records in staffing and applicant tracking systems Communicate regularly with clients to understand staffing needs and role requirements Support onboarding, scheduling, and timekeeping processes for assigned employees Respond promptly to candidate and client questions in a fast-paced environment Collaborate with team members to meet placement and service goals Assist with job postings, recruiting campaigns, and sourcing activities Ensure compliance with company policies and basic employment regulations Contribute to a service-focused, goal-oriented team culture Applicant tracking systems (ATS) data entry Candidate screening and basic interviewing Job posting and online recruiting tools MS Office or Google Workspace proficiency Timekeeping and scheduling coordination Customer service and client communication Basic HR and employment documentation Data accuracy and record management Phone and email communication skills Basic knowledge of light industrial roles Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k PHR or SHRM-CP a plus but not required Staffing industry or HR support experience preferred5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386 read more
