Support food safety and quality systems at a food manufacturing facility by reviewing production and product release records, maintaining quality documentation, supporting audits and corrective actions, and assisting with complaint investigations, sanitation records, and employee training records. Review and maintain production, product release, inspection, calibration, laboratory, maintenance, and supplier approval records. Manage finished product release processes and prepare Certificates of Analysis and Certificates of Conformance. Support food safety and quality programs, including SQF and HACCP, and participate in internal and external audits. Assist with corrective and preventive actions and investigate customer complaints and potential quality concerns. Maintain employee training records and assist with sanitation schedules, records, and compliance tracking. Support food safety inspection teams and document new product development activities.
