Provides campus security and resident assistance at a senior living community. Conducts hourly security checks, responds to emergencies, controls building access, greets visitors and emergency personnel, supports campus safety procedures, handles trash removal, and completes maintenance work orders as needed. Conduct hourly security checks of buildings, home lots, and campus streets; log unusual occurrences. Respond to emergency calls and direct emergency personnel to the scene. Lock and unlock buildings, monitor the front gate, and control visitor access. Escort residents and employees to parking areas after sundown when requested. Check exterior lighting and report or address gate and lighting problems. Collect and transport campus trash and complete maintenance work orders as needed.
