Constellation Energy seeks an Event Manager to lead high-impact events that showcase our energy solutions and sustainability leadership. You will plan and execute customer, corporate, and community events—from concept to post-event analysis—supporting marketing and sales objectives. Responsibilities include budget and vendor management, venue selection, logistics, and onsite execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive attendance and engagement, ensure brand and safety standards, and report on event performance in our innovative, growth-focused culture. Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate, customer, and community events aligned with energy and sustainability initiatives. Develop event strategies that support marketing, sales, and brand objectives. Manage event budgets, timelines, and post-event reporting. Source, negotiate, and manage vendors, venues, and contracts. Coordinate logistics including registration, travel, AV, and on-site operations. Partner with marketing and sales to drive attendance and engagement. Ensure events meet safety, compliance, and brand standards. Track KPIs and prepare post-event analytics and recommendations. Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate events into broader campaigns. Continuously improve event processes and attendee experience.
