The General Manager at The Parking Spot leads all aspects of a high-volume, near-airport parking operation. This role oversees staff, shuttles, and facility performance to deliver safe, efficient, and hospitality-driven service for travelers. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, staffing and scheduling, financial performance, and guest satisfaction. The GM ensures compliance with safety and security standards, maintains a clean and well-functioning facility, and resolves complex customer issues. Oversee daily operations of near-airport parking facility, ensuring safe, efficient, and guest-focused service Lead, schedule, and develop front-line and supervisory staff to deliver hospitality-driven experiences Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and labor, and execute plans to meet site goals Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational standards, including vehicle and facility inspections Optimize shuttle, parking, and traffic flow to reduce wait times and improve guest satisfaction Handle escalated customer issues and resolve service concerns quickly and professionally Analyze operational metrics and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and service quality Coordinate with corporate teams on marketing, technology tools, and loyalty program execution Maintain facility appearance, equipment functionality, and vendor relationships Support recruiting, training, and performance management to build a strong, reliable team Operations management Team leadership and scheduling Customer service management Budgeting and P&L oversight Safety and compliance management Process improvement Data and KPI analysis Conflict resolution Facilities and fleet oversight Basic computer and POS/reservation systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid driver’s license with clean driving record CPR/First Aid certification preferred Hospitality or operations management certification a plus OSHA/safety training preferred5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
