Jobot seeks an In-house Litigation Support Attorney to manage complex litigation and dispute matters in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment. You will oversee case strategy, supervise outside counsel, and drive discovery from hold through production, leveraging modern litigation support and eDiscovery tools. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings and motions, coordinating with internal stakeholders, assessing risk, and creating efficient workflows. This role offers high impact, modern tools, strong earning potential, and a collaborative culture focused on innovation and performance. Manage end-to-end litigation and pre-litigation matters across multiple jurisdictions. Coordinate and oversee outside counsel, setting strategy, budgets, and timelines. Lead and supervise eDiscovery, including holds, collection, review, and production using litigation support tools. Draft, review, and revise pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements. Partner with internal stakeholders to assess risk, develop dispute strategies, and support business decisions. Maintain organized case files, calendars, and reporting on litigation status and exposure. Develop and refine internal processes and playbooks for litigation and discovery management. Support training of internal teams on litigation holds, data preservation, and document workflows.
