Quali Tech LLC, a Minnesota-based manufacturer of specialty ingredients, is hiring a QA Technician to support quality and safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will perform routine lab testing, in-process and finished product inspections, and environmental checks to verify conformance to specifications, GMPs, and regulatory requirements. You’ll document and analyze data, support root cause investigations, and collaborate with production to resolve quality issues, driving continuous improvement and reliability for global customers across animal nutrition, food, and industrial markets. Perform routine lab tests on raw materials, in-process, and finished products to verify conformance to specifications Conduct visual inspections, sampling, and environmental monitoring in production areas Document test results accurately in logs, LIMS, and quality records Assist with nonconformance investigations and root cause analysis Communicate quality issues to production and collaborate on corrective actions Verify adherence to GMP, HACCP, and safety procedures on the plant floor Support calibration and basic maintenance of lab and testing equipment Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives Prepare and label samples for retain, customer testing, and reference Follow all plant safety, PPE, and housekeeping standards in lab and production areas Quality control testing Lab equipment operation GMP compliance HACCP / food safety practices Sampling and inspection Root cause analysis Statistical process control (SPC) ISO 9001 documentation Data entry and reporting MS Office / LIMS usage Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k ASQ Certified Quality Technician (preferred) HACCP or food safety training GMP knowledge ISO 9001 experience5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
