Quick Servant Co Inc seeks a Kitchen Equipment Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial cooking, refrigeration, and HVAC systems for food & beverage operations. Based in our Technical & Maintenance team, you’ll perform field service, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance at restaurant and retail customer sites, ensuring safe, reliable operation. In our family-oriented, service-driven culture, you’ll work independently and with teammates, prioritize safety, communicate clearly with customers, and receive ongoing technical training and growth opportunities. Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial kitchen cooking equipment, refrigeration, and related HVAC systems. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and safety checks on customer equipment. Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues using meters, gauges, and schematics. Document work performed, parts used, and recommendations in service software. Communicate findings, repair options, and maintenance needs to customers and dispatch. Follow company and industry safety standards, including lockout/tagout and PPE use. Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory in clean, organized condition. Collaborate with Technical & Maintenance team to solve complex service issues. Participate in ongoing technical and safety training provided by the company.
