Lead full-cycle recruiting for multiple branches and business units, with a focus on skilled trades, field service technicians and other technical roles. Partner with operations leaders to develop sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, evaluate candidates and support hiring through offer acceptance. Manage recruiting from intake meetings through offer acceptance. Partner with branch and operations leaders to identify workforce needs and hiring priorities. Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for skilled trades, technicians and other technical roles. Source candidates through job boards, social platforms, referrals, trade schools, veteran outreach and industry networks. Screen candidates, coordinate interviews and support hiring managers through selection. Support offer development, track recruiting metrics and ensure employment-law compliance.
