Pomeroy Living seeks a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team, ensuring that our senior living facilities are maintained in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. This role is pivotal in providing a safe and welcoming environment for our residents, enhancing their comfort and overall quality of life. Clean resident rooms, common areas, and restrooms daily or as scheduled, following established sanitation protocols. Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, and folding clothes and linens. Dispose of trash and waste, including proper handling of medical waste according to health regulations. Replenish supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and other items as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed in resident areas and common spaces to maintenance staff. Assist in setting up rooms for new residents or rearranging furniture as directed. Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used and maintained effectively. Maintain confidentiality regarding residents’ personal information and health condition.
