The Unit Manager will be crucial in implementing our vision of enhancing client well-being while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. Oversee the daily operations of the healthcare unit, ensuring compliance with all laws, regulations, and standards. Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to ensure quality care and staff performance. Develop and implement unit policies and protocols to improve efficiency and patient care quality. Monitor patient care for quality assurance and implement changes where necessary. Work closely with medical and non-medical staff to promote a collaborative environment. Prepare regular reports on unit operations, budgets, and staff performance for higher management review. Address patient and family concerns in conjunction with medical staff.
