KinderCare is seeking Teachers for our West Hills KinderCare center to inspire and support young children in a safe, engaging environment. In this role, you will design and lead developmentally appropriate, play-based learning experiences that spark curiosity and build foundational skills. You’ll nurture each child’s growth, partner closely with families, and collaborate with a supportive team that values inclusion, diversity, and continuous learning. Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate, play-based lessons for young children. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Collaborate with center staff to support center-wide programs and events. Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards. Implement behavior guidance strategies that promote social–emotional skills. Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations and center policies. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Support individualized learning needs and adapt activities as needed.
