Prepare architectural documentation, coordinate multidisciplinary consultants, manage code research and regulatory filings, review design quality and constructability, and support junior staff across project phases. Lead technical direction of projects and translate design intent into project deliverables. Coordinate with clients, client representatives, consultants, construction managers, and internal engineering disciplines. Research building codes and manage regulatory filings. Prepare workplans, surveys, reports, architectural drawings, details, and specifications through all project phases. Enforce drawing, documentation, and BIM standards; conduct design and constructability reviews. Research products and materials and mentor junior staff.
