Coordinate ABC Home & Commercial Services' recruiting process in Austin, partnering with hiring managers to source and hire candidates. Review applications, conduct English- and Spanish-language interviews, schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, maintain recruiting records, and support career promotion and recruiting events. This is primarily in-office, with hybrid work possible after three months. Review applications and support candidate outreach for hourly and skilled-trade roles. Partner with hiring managers to understand openings and coordinate recruitment activities. Conduct candidate interviews in English and Spanish, including virtual interviews. Schedule interviews and communicate promptly with applicants and hiring teams. Maintain accurate candidate records and create Excel reports on recruiting data. Represent the company at job fairs and assist with recruiting events and career promotion.
