First Community Credit Union is seeking a Member Relations Manager to lead a team delivering exceptional service to our members. You will oversee branch or call-center member service operations, resolve complex account issues, and ensure a member-first experience across checking, savings, loans, and digital banking. Responsibilities include coaching and developing staff, monitoring service metrics, handling escalations, supporting community outreach and financial education, and partnering with lending and operations to improve processes. Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, banking or credit union experience, and a passion for community-focused service. Lead and coach member service staff to deliver high-quality service across branch and digital channels. Oversee daily member service operations, including account opening, transactions, and issue resolution. Handle complex or escalated member concerns and ensure timely, accurate resolutions. Monitor service metrics, member feedback, and compliance requirements to maintain high standards. Support sales and cross-selling of credit union products aligned with member needs. Collaborate with lending, operations, and IT to improve processes and member experience. Participate in community outreach and financial education initiatives to build member relationships. Train and mentor team members on products, policies, and regulatory requirements. Ensure adherence to security, risk management, and audit standards in all member interactions. Contribute to a member-first, collaborative culture that supports long-term relationships.
