Lead and mentor classroom teachers while implementing KinderCare’s curriculum to meet each child’s needs. Create a safe, nurturing learning environment, partner with families, and work with center staff and community partners to support enrollment, accreditation, and engagement. Requires an active CDA Credential or meeting NAEYC candidacy requirements, plus state qualifications or willingness to obtain them. Lead, coach, and mentor less experienced classroom teachers, modeling effective practices and providing feedback. Implement the KinderCare curriculum based on the individual needs of each child. Create a safe, nurturing environment for children to play and learn. Partner with parents to provide high-quality care and education. Collaborate with center staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals. Build positive relationships with families, licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
