The H&K Group seeks a Site Foreperson/Superintendent to lead daily construction operations on civil and sitework projects. This role oversees crews and subcontractors, coordinates equipment and materials, and ensures work meets plans, specifications, quality, and safety standards. The Foreperson/Superintendent collaborates with engineers and project managers to plan work, resolve field issues, track production, and report progress. Responsibilities include enforcing H&K’s safety culture, mentoring field staff, maintaining site documentation, and supporting on-time, on-budget project delivery across Mid-Atlantic construction sites. Oversee daily field operations for civil and sitework construction projects Supervise and coordinate crews, subcontractors, and equipment on-site Ensure work complies with project plans, specifications, and quality standards Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures per H&K standards Coordinate delivery and staging of materials, tools, and machinery Collaborate with engineers and project managers on planning and scheduling Identify and resolve field issues and conflicts in real time Track production quantities and assist with cost and progress reporting Maintain site documentation, logs, and daily reports Mentor and develop field staff, promoting teamwork and performance Construction site supervision Civil/sitework construction methods Reading and interpreting plans and specifications Project scheduling and sequencing Crew and subcontractor management Construction safety compliance (OSHA) Heavy equipment coordination Quality control and inspection Field problem-solving and decision-making Construction documentation and reporting Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Construction supervisor or foreman experience First Aid/CPR certification (preferred) Equipment operator familiarity or certifications (preferred)5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
