KinderCare is seeking a Site Director for Belle Aire Elementary to lead our before- and after-school educational programs. The Site Director oversees daily operations, ensures licensing and safety compliance, and manages staff scheduling and performance. This role partners with school leadership and families to create a nurturing, inclusive environment that supports children’s academic and social-emotional growth. The Site Director also manages enrollment, budgets, and parent communication while modeling high-quality instruction and fostering a collaborative, growth-minded team culture. Lead daily operations of the KinderCare program at Belle Aire Elementary Ensure compliance with state licensing, health, and safety regulations Hire, train, schedule, and coach site staff Develop and oversee program curriculum and activities Build strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and families Manage enrollment, billing processes, and basic site budgeting Monitor classroom quality and implement continuous improvement plans Communicate regularly with parents regarding children’s progress and site updates Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation Foster an inclusive, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment Program management Staff supervision Early childhood or school-age curriculum planning Child safety and licensing compliance Budget and enrollment management Parent and stakeholder communication Conflict resolution Team leadership and coaching Record keeping and reporting Behavior management and classroom management Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k State childcare or school-age program director qualification (as required) CPR and First Aid certification Background check clearance Training in child development or early childhood education Knowledge of state childcare licensing regulations5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
