Recaro Aircraft Seating Americas, Inc. seeks a Senior Supplier Development Auditor to strengthen its aerospace supply base in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you will lead audits of suppliers’ quality systems and manufacturing processes, drive corrective actions, and implement continuous improvement to meet stringent aviation and customer requirements. Partnering closely with engineering, quality, and procurement, you will qualify new suppliers, analyze performance metrics, and support global sourcing initiatives within a high-tech, safety-focused environment. Audit and assess supplier manufacturing processes, quality systems, and compliance to aerospace and Recaro standards Develop and monitor supplier improvement plans to address nonconformities and performance gaps Collaborate with engineering, quality, and procurement to qualify new suppliers and processes Analyze supplier performance data and drive corrective and preventive actions Support root cause analysis and implementation of robust corrective actions at suppliers Perform on-site visits and process audits at domestic and international suppliers Ensure documentation, reports, and audit records meet internal and regulatory requirements Provide technical guidance and training to suppliers on quality and process requirements Supplier quality auditing ISO 9001/AS9100 standards Manufacturing process control Root cause analysis (5-Why, Fishbone) Corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Statistical process control (SPC) Reading engineering drawings and specs Aerospace quality requirements Supplier performance metrics and KPIs Report writing and documentation Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or equivalent Lead auditor certification in ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 preferred Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent continuous improvement training a plus5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
