KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Hickman KinderCare center in Columbia, MO. In this role, you’ll create a safe, engaging classroom where young children learn and grow through play-based experiences and developmentally appropriate curriculum. You will plan and lead daily activities, support children’s social-emotional and cognitive development, and maintain strong communication with families. Plan and implement age-appropriate, play-based lessons aligned with early childhood standards. Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment. Collaborate with center staff to support center-wide programs and events. Follow health, safety, and licensing regulations at all times. Support children’s social-emotional development with positive guidance. Participate in professional development and ongoing training.
