Lead environmental, health, and safety programs across the Chicopee and Holyoke manufacturing facilities. Ensure regulatory compliance, manage environmental and safety systems, oversee audits and incident investigations, develop employee engagement initiatives, and supervise EHS personnel while advancing continuous improvement. Lead EHS programs and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Develop and improve environmental and safety policies, procedures, and KPI initiatives. Oversee regulatory reporting, audits, inspections, and EHS requirements. Conduct risk assessments, hazard analyses, incident investigations, and corrective actions. Manage OSHA recordkeeping, workers' compensation, return-to-work, and ergonomic programs. Supervise EHS personnel and coordinate training, security, contractor safety, and external relationships.
