Lead the rehabilitation department serving short-term and long-term residents at a skilled nursing community. Oversee physical, occupational and speech therapy programs, supervise licensed therapy staff, manage budgets and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining a direct patient care caseload. Lead physical, occupational and speech therapy programs for short-term and long-term residents. Supervise and lead licensed physical, occupational and speech therapy staff. Maintain a direct patient care caseload. Manage the therapy department’s budget, schedules and resources. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and organizational standards.
