Lead field teams on civil sitework and grading projects by coordinating with project managers, clients and subcontractors. Develop and execute safety-focused schedules, manage labor and equipment, track daily progress and costs, and support quality control and team development across active jobsites. Coordinate with the project manager and project team to develop project plans. Develop and execute safety-focused two- to six-week look-ahead plans, including resources and quality controls. Establish field communication practices that support team productivity and engagement. Track and report daily units, reports, time entries and work orders. Manage manpower and equipment, mentoring field personnel and developing future leaders. Coordinate project needs with clients and subcontractors and align work with the execution plan.
