KinderCare is seeking passionate Teachers for our Brunswick KinderCare center. In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing classroom where children explore, learn, and grow through play-based, developmentally appropriate activities. You will design lesson plans, observe and document progress, and communicate regularly with families. Working in our inclusive, collaborative culture, you’ll partner with teammates to maintain licensing standards, classroom safety, and center cleanliness while continuously growing your skills through training and development opportunities. Design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans Create a safe, nurturing, inclusive classroom environment Supervise children and ensure adherence to safety and licensing standards Observe, assess, and document children’s developmental progress Communicate regularly with families about children’s learning and needs Collaborate with teaching team and center leadership on curriculum and events Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and learning materials Participate in professional development and training sessions Support children’s social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development Follow center policies and state regulations for early childhood programs Early childhood curriculum planning Classroom management Child development knowledge Observation and assessment of children Lesson planning and documentation Family and parent communication Behavior guidance and positive discipline Health, safety, and licensing compliance Team collaboration in a classroom setting Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k State early childhood education teaching credential (or eligibility) CPR and First Aid certification Background check clearance per state requirements Training in child development and classroom management Knowledge of state childcare licensing regulations5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
