Maintain accurate permit and trade-license records, verify project submissions, monitor regulatory changes, and work with project managers, contractors, inspectors, and jurisdictional authorities to support timely, compliant permitting. Coordinate permit applications for electrical, HVAC, and plumbing projects with project managers and contractors. Assist with maintaining and renewing company trade licenses. Maintain accurate records of permits and licenses. Monitor permitting requirements and share process guidance and regulatory updates with the team. Build relationships with inspectors and jurisdictional authorities. Review project submissions for completeness and compliance with codes and company standards.
