MasterCorp is hiring a Floor Tech to support resort housekeeping operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and burnishing floors in guest areas and back-of-house spaces, operating floor care equipment, and following strict safety and cleanliness standards. The Floor Tech inspects completed work, restocks supplies, reports maintenance issues, and works closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a clean, welcoming environment that enhances guest satisfaction and meets resort brand expectations. Clean and maintain hard surface floors in guest and back-of-house areas Sweep, mop, scrub, strip, wax, and burnish floors using manual and powered equipment Operate floor machines, auto-scrubbers, and buffers safely and correctly Follow cleaning schedules, procedures, and chemical safety guidelines Inspect completed work to ensure quality and resort brand standards Report maintenance and safety issues to supervisors promptly Restock and organize floor care supplies and equipment Work collaboratively with housekeeping and maintenance teams Support special cleaning projects and quick-turn needs during peak occupancy Adhere to all safety, PPE, and hospitality service standards Floor care equipment operation Hard surface floor cleaning and maintenance Chemical handling and safety Personal protective equipment (PPE) use Time management Basic equipment troubleshooting Housekeeping standards in hospitality Detail-oriented inspection skills Basic record-keeping or task logging Teamwork and communication Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k OSHA-compliant safety training preferred Experience operating floor care equipment (buffers, burnishers, auto-scrubbers) Knowledge of chemical safety and PPE use Hospitality or commercial cleaning experience preferred5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
