Endeavor Schools seeks a caring Support Teacher to assist in delivering high‑quality learning experiences in our Education, Training & E‑Learning programs. In this role, you’ll support lead teachers with classroom management, learning activities, and daily routines while promoting a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment. As part of a collaborative, child-centered culture, you’ll build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues and grow through ongoing professional development within our nationwide school network. Support lead teachers with daily classroom activities and routines Supervise children to ensure safety and engagement Assist with implementing lesson plans and learning centers Maintain a clean, organized, and nurturing classroom environment Document observations and support developmental assessments Foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff Support behavior guidance using school-approved practices Prepare instructional materials and learning resources Follow health, safety, and licensing requirements Participate in professional development and team meetings Classroom assistance Child supervision Behavior management Lesson implementation support Early childhood development knowledge Safety and sanitation procedures Recordkeeping and documentation Parent communication support Collaboration with lead teachers Basic technology for education Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k CPR and First Aid certification preferred State-required childcare/teacher aide credential (if applicable) Background check and eligibility to work in licensed childcare setting Training in child supervision and safety5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
