HumanGood community is seeking a Housekeeper to support our mission of enriching the lives of older adults. As part of our hospitality and care team, you will clean and sanitize resident apartments, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Duties include floor care, dusting, trash removal, and handling linens and laundry following infection control and safety protocols. You’ll interact courteously with residents, report maintenance or safety concerns, and work closely with a collaborative, mission-driven team. We offer training, growth opportunities, and the chance to make a daily impact in senior living. Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to community standards. Perform floor care, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and spot cleaning carpets. Handle laundry, linens, and bedding, following infection control and safety protocols. Restock supplies and maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas. Remove trash and soiled materials, including following any biohazard procedures. Report maintenance needs, safety hazards, or resident concerns promptly. Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory guidelines for healthcare and senior living. Support a respectful, service-oriented environment for residents and families. Work collaboratively with caregiving, dining, and operations teams to support resident needs.
