Monitor patient responses to treatment plans and modify when necessary. Maintain records of patient therapy and treatment outcomes. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and respiratory management. Collaborate with healthcare team members to enhance patient care and recovery. Proficient in the use of respiratory therapy equipment. Strong assessment and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
