Jobot is seeking a Special Education Teacher to provide high-quality, individualized instruction for students with diverse learning needs. In this professional, client-facing role, you will design and implement IEPs, deliver differentiated lessons, and apply data-driven strategies to support academic and behavioral growth. You’ll collaborate closely with families, general educators, and multidisciplinary teams while leveraging modern tools and resources in a collaborative, tech-forward culture focused on transparency, innovation, and student success. Design and deliver differentiated instruction for students with diverse learning needs. Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with families and school teams. Use assessment data to track progress and adjust instructional strategies. Collaborate with general education teachers and related service providers. Implement evidence-based behavioral and classroom management strategies. Communicate regularly with parents/guardians on student goals and progress. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with IDEA and state regulations. Integrate technology and assistive tools to support access to curriculum.
