Join Encompass Health as a Therapy Team Leader in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this key role, you will lead an interdisciplinary therapy team (PT, OT, SLP) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered rehab care. You will coordinate treatment plans, oversee documentation and outcomes, mentor staff, and collaborate closely with nursing and physicians to optimize functional recovery and safe discharge. Lead and coordinate daily operations of the interdisciplinary therapy team (PT, OT, SLP). Develop, review, and adjust individualized therapy treatment plans with the care team. Ensure accurate, timely clinical documentation and compliance with regulatory standards. Monitor patient progress, functional outcomes, and quality metrics. Provide clinical guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback to therapy staff. Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and case management on care conferences and discharge planning. Assist with staff scheduling, productivity, and workload management. Promote evidence-based practice, patient safety, and service excellence. Support onboarding and training of new therapy team members. Participate in quality improvement and program development initiatives.
