Andy Frain Services is seeking a professional Security Officer to support entertainment and sports venues within our Security & Law Enforcement department. In this highly visible role, you will protect guests, staff, and property through vigilant access control, patrols, and incident response while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include monitoring entrances and crowd flow, enforcing venue policies, operating security equipment, and documenting incidents. You’ll work on-site in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that values teamwork, diversity, and professional development, with opportunities for growth in security and event operations. Monitor entrances, exits, and access points at entertainment and sports venues Conduct foot patrols to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property Operate security equipment including radios, metal detectors, and CCTV systems Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies, following established procedures Manage crowd flow, lines, and seating areas to prevent disturbances and ensure safety Enforce venue rules, regulations, and applicable laws professionally and consistently Provide exceptional customer service, offering directions and assistance to guests Document incidents and prepare clear, accurate written reports Coordinate with law enforcement, emergency responders, and venue management when required Support a culture of safety, teamwork, and inclusion aligned with Andy Frain Services values Access control Crowd management Incident reporting CCTV monitoring Radio communication Patrol techniques Customer service Report writing Emergency response Conflict de-escalation Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k State security guard license (where applicable) CPR/First Aid certification Basic crowd management training Conflict de-escalation training Valid driver’s license (if driving required)5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
