Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. (JLL) seeks a Senior Instrumentation and Process Calibration Technician to support critical building systems within a commercial real estate portfolio. You will perform calibration, testing, and troubleshooting on process instrumentation, sensors, meters, and control devices supporting HVAC, utilities, and building automation. Responsibilities include executing calibration schedules, documenting results in CMMS, maintaining calibration standards, supporting commissioning, resolving system faults, and collaborating with engineers, vendors, and facility teams to optimize reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance. Perform scheduled and unscheduled calibration of instrumentation, sensors, and control devices Troubleshoot and repair instrumentation and control issues affecting building and process performance Maintain detailed calibration records and asset histories in CMMS Verify and adjust building automation and control loops for accuracy and stability Support commissioning, startup, and validation of new or modified systems Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards Collaborate with engineers, facility managers, and vendors on technical solutions Identify reliability and performance improvement opportunities for instrumentation systems Process instrumentation Calibration procedures Building automation systems HVAC controls Electrical troubleshooting CMMS software P&ID and technical schematics Test and measurement equipment Root cause analysis Regulatory compliance Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k ISA Certified Calibration Technician (CCT) NICET or equivalent controls certification OSHA safety training EPA 608 (for HVAC-related roles)5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
