Willowbrook Manor, a charming English-style bed and breakfast and tea house in Bow/Edison, WA, is seeking a Registered Dietitian to guide menu planning and guest nutrition. In this role, you’ll design balanced tea and breakfast menus, accommodate dietary needs, and create special offerings for wellness-minded guests and groups. You’ll collaborate with the kitchen and events team to ensure menus are delicious, safe, and aligned with guest preferences. The ideal candidate blends clinical nutrition knowledge with a love of hospitality, guest interaction, and attention to detail in a calm, scenic countryside setting. Develop and maintain balanced tea, breakfast, and event menus aligned with nutrition best practices Assess and accommodate guest dietary needs, restrictions, and preferences Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure safe food preparation and accurate allergen labeling Create nutrition-forward offerings for wellness retreats, events, and group bookings Provide guests with basic nutrition guidance related to menu choices Maintain documentation and standards consistent with professional dietetic practice Train staff on dietary restrictions, allergens, and special nutrition considerations Partner with leadership to align menus with brand, seasonality, and guest feedback Clinical nutrition knowledge Menu planning and development Food safety and sanitation Allergen and special diet management Nutritional analysis Recipe modification Customer service Collaboration with kitchen staff Documentation and record-keeping Basic computer skills for menus and planning Medical Insurance Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential Active state licensure or eligibility, if required by Washington regulations ServSafe Food Handler or Food Protection Manager certification preferred Experience with menu planning for dietary restrictions and allergens5c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
