About ThatOneStreet
ThatOneStreet is the fastest-growing DTC camera brand reimagining nostalgic photography for a new generation.
We create modern digital cameras inspired by the timeless character of film photography, helping people capture moments that feel as meaningful as the memories themselves.
Creative is the foundation of our growth. We invest heavily in paid social, move quickly on winning ideas, and believe understanding the customer is what separates average ads from exceptional ones.
We're building a team of ambitious creatives who want to help scale ThatOneStreet into a globally recognized brand.
Why This Role Exists
We want to produce more winning ads, more consistently.
We're looking for a Senior Creative Strategist who can turn customer research, consumer psychology, and performance data into high-converting advertisements.
You'll own the creative process from research and ideation to scripting, briefing, production, and iteration.
You'll work directly with our founders, media buyers, video editors, and content creators to find new angles, scale winning concepts, and continuously improve creative performance.
This is a role for someone who wants ownership, moves quickly, and measures success through results.

Write compelling direct-response scripts, static ad copy, and clear creative briefs that turn ideas into high-performing advertisements.
03: Lead Creative Production
Direct video editors, designers, and UGC creators. Assign briefs, provide actionable feedback, and maintain a high standard of creative quality and speed.
04: Analyze & Iterate
Work closely with media buyers to identify winning ads, diagnose underperformers, and develop new iterations based on real performance data.
05: Build Creative Systems
Develop repeatable frameworks for researching, testing, tracking, and scaling winning creative concepts.
